The following Terms and conditions apply to all bookings, purchases, orders, and payment procedures of all services shown on this page. Please take a moment to read all of them before making a reservation for services.

The general conditions for offering services are part of the contract between Croatia Travel Agent as a Travel agency and the traveler who accepts the offer arrangement. Everything that is listed in the general conditions represents a legal commitment for the travelers and Croatia Travel Agent. When making a booking, the traveler confirms that he/she has the authority to accept these conditions on his/her behalf and on behalf of all members of the group. By using this site you agree with the Terms & Conditions.

  1. PROCESS OF BOOKING

The traveler purchases and books services by filling in an electronic order form. We consider as a customer every person who books at least one service, provides requested information and details, and sends the order via the website. All prices are expressed in euros and are final. Prices include VAT (value-added tax).

The process of an order starts when travelers select the service on the website. After that need to fill in the form with all requested information (name, phone, number of persons, etc). The traveler has to put in credit card details to finish the booking process. Then, after a few minutes, the traveler’s email will come confirmation voucher with all the details about the ordered service(date and time of the service, starting point, service provider, etc.). This voucher serves also as a ticket. The cancellation of the ordered service is regulated by the terms and conditions of each service. The tour operator provides services according to the information published and valid at the time when service is confirmed, and according to the description, except in circumstances beyond its control (such as the illness of the service provider, pandemics, earthquakes, floods, sanitation, fires, droughts, wars, strikes, terrorist actions, etc.).

The liability of Croatia Travel Agent is limited. We will not accept any responsibility regarding the delays or changes in schedules, defaults, or over-bookings of accommodation, tours & experiences, transfers, sickness, death, weather changes & conditions, strikes, quarantine, and other causes beyond our control.

2. PAYMENT DETAILS

For services that you book through this website, you pay online with a credit/debit card. Rentals Dubrovnik d.o.o. charges the traveler’s credit/debit card immediately after the transaction is performed.

The credit/debit card is charged in Croatian Kuna (HRK), the national currency in Croatia. The amount that the card is charged is obtained by conversion of Euro into Croatian Kuna according to the exchange rate determined for the price list on the day you purchase the service. The amount that is charged on the traveler’s credit/debit card in Croatian currency will be translated into the traveler’s national currency by the card company applying the valid foreign exchange list of the traveler’s country.

3. PERSONAL INFORMATION PROTECTION

We undertake to protect the personal data of travelers by collecting only basic information about travelers. The traveler will be informed about the manner in which the collected information is used. The traveler will be provided with the option of choosing the use of information, including the possibility to choose to want to be sent marketing campaigns or he/she wants that we remove their name from the list. All employees and partners are responsible for observing the principle of the privacy policy.

4. COMPLAINTS

The complaints have to be submitted in written form. The traveler is required to make a written complaint no later than 10 days after the service has been done/ended. After the deadline, we don’t receive the complaints and are not obligated to reply to the complaint. We have to make a decision regarding the complaint within 15 days of receiving the complaint. 5. CHANGING THE TERMS & CONDITIONS
